Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your Merigiz piece. If something isn’t right fit, color, or the order itself we will help.
Return window
Request a return/exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
If there’s a problem with your order (wrong item, damage, defect)
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or refund and we will cover shipping when the issue is on our side.
Size or color not what you expected
We accept returns or exchanges within the return window.
Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless the item arrived incorrect/defective).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method after your return is received and approved (processing time can vary by bank/provider).
Final sale
Items marked Final Sale can’t be returned or exchanged.
Custom/personalized pieces are final sale (unless damaged/defective).
Store credit (if used)
If we issue store credit, it does not expire.
